Infortech can offer you the latest in remote administration software provided by "Splashtop.com". This application is on the cutting edge of encryption and security using the most up to date P2P protocols.
This ensures that the client is always protected, always has full control and always knows who is accessing their system every time it is used.
The "Splashtop SOS" package can only be activated by you the client,
it doesn't install so there is zero risk of damaging your computer. Once you have downloaded the software and it is running on your computer, the application will issue you with a random 9 digit code that you have to verbally tell us over the phone which at this stage is only visible on your computer screen.
Once you have given us the authorisation code, we will be able to connect to your computer and do the repairs necessary.
If at any point in the remote consultation you're not happy with what we have to do then simply ask us to stop or click disconnect.
We just wouldn't have it any other way.
